ABOUT THE PATTERN
Create a sideways knit cardigan with an integrated double roll front edging. Full instructions for how to create this from your own basic pattern, how to knit it and how to finish it off.
The two lower pictures show the double roll on it's own used on a child's cardigan and on one of the cardigans in my 'Delightful Diagonals' leaflet. The upper left picture shows a cardigan made using the weaving technique, but only using one of the rolls. These are expained in the pattern leaflet.
EQUIPMENT
Any machine with a ribber and charting device.
SIZING
You will be using your own basic pattern, created with your measurements. If you don't have this, go back to the charting page and click to download free instructions on how to create your own pattern..
YARN
You can use whatever yarn you like, as long as it is suitable for your machine. It works well with one of the lovely self striping yarns available at the moment. Make one tension swatch and away you go.
